General Responsibilities:
- Formulate integrated species strategies and brands plan for each of the selected species (most critical strategic species like poultry) segment
- Coordinator of the country cross functional species team including marketing, sales, technical service.
- Drive the creation of an integrated species plan, including brand strategies and tactics as well as definition of target customer segments.
- Ensure the species strategy & plan is aligned / consistent with global GPD and global species marketing guidance.
- Provide valuable suggestion to Product Development and Registration on new product development in target species.
- Leads development and translation into execution of key target species Market and Brand plans across teams including marketing mix, Brand renewal and Brand maintenance initiatives.
- Make use of internal (sales, technical service, etc.) and external resources (3rd part firm, consultant, channel or customers visit) to develop customer and competitor insights and implications that drive superior Brand/solution market Positioning.
- Ensure species/Brand plans are linked to execution across functions ensuring that all related functions (MC, sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain) are aligned and capable to execute to plan.
- Ensure that plans and execution deliver on Brand/solution objectives for Profit (price, volume, gross margin) and market share.
- Ensure Proper product lifecycle management of marketing 4Ps for all the products in the designated species, including market research, competitors’ analysis, brand positioning, value proposition, value pricing tactics, channeling, promotional activities planning, support to both sale team and customer etc.
- Cooperate with Marcom team to conduct all marketing communication activities and materials to build good relationship and reputation in the industry and society.
- Support sales to achieve financial target in designated species.
- Communicate between NEA team and other WA to share information and success stories, Ensure Novus NEA and customers are both receiving and understanding the correct marketing messages from Marketing
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 5 years experiences in regional Marketing, Brand Management, Market Development, Strategy.
- Understanding of the animal nutrition industry would be strong advantage.
- Product launch and customer relationship experience preferred.
- Well-known in Brand management preferred.
- Strong analytical, marketing research and reporting skills.
- Leadership and leading through influence: Ability to energize, motivate local relevant teams; Ability to engage senior leaders in business opportunities and issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time from strategy right to implementation
- Team work spirits and excellent communication skills, fluent in oral and writing English.
